Honestly it all depends if you plan on using T2 ammo or not. If you don't plan on using T2 ammo, just pick whatever is the shorter train. CN have better RoF than T2 launchers even with max skills, if just by a hair. T2 launchers are cheaper though.

Nice killmail, though I don't know if it really belongs in CnP. Also, to all the people complaining about blobbing. Who cares? Ships exploded at the end of the day and one side had fun blowing up a blingy ship. Sounds like a successful day to me....

It's best used as a support ship on gate camps. Any other situation it fares poorly due to it's low who and the fact it's a close range brawler. Get slaves and or bring a logi unless you want to lose it the first time you bring it out.

Two things are Titan bridges and falcon alts. ECM is a poor game mechanic that scales very poorly with opposing gang size. On the other hand it's ridiculous how many small groups have Titan bridge capability nowadays.
